Paweł Michno- President of the Association / Choreographer
Originator of the project, director and choreographer, professional dancer and dance teacher. He is a valued choreographer and trainer, regularly invited to choreographic consultations, instructor courses and dance workshops in Poland and abroad. His choreographies have been awarded many times at national and international competitions. He mastered his dance workshop by taking classes in the best dance schools in Paris, London and New York. He was repeatedly invited as a choreographer to television productions, including: “You Can Dance. Just dance. “,” Dancing with the stars “,” World of Dance “,” Dance, Dance, Dance “.
In 2012, “Lady Fossy 2” had a premiere at the Capitol Theater in Warsaw, in which he directed and co-authored the choreography.
In 2013, at the Capitol Theater in Warsaw, the premiere of the play “Saligia – seven sins” took place, of which he was the originator, producer, director and choreographer.
In 2014, the play “His”, that he choreographed had premiere at the Rampa Theater in Warsaw.
In 2016, he founded the B. Sides Dance Company. In the same year he created the play “Odwróceni”, which had premiere at the Capitol Theater in Warsaw. The performance “Odwróceni” won the laureate’s prize at the 2nd Dance Theaters Competition organized by the Kielecki Teatr Tańca.
Adrianna Michno,- Project Coordinator, Choreographer
Adrianna Michno- certified dance instructor, dancer and choreographer.
From 2006 to 2015 she danced in the JazzOne team, winning numerous awards.
She developed her skills at international workshops under the supervision of world-famous instructors, including in Los Angeles (Edge PAC school, Debbie Reynolds), Paris (Harmonic) and Copenhagen. In 2010, she obtained a six-month scholarship in Denmark, completing a course on the “Contemporary Dance and Ballet” line. She performed in the dance show ‘Faust’ staged in Copenhagen with the Skolerne i Oure – Sport & Performance.
In 2011 she appeared in a dance performance by Karolina Barańska entitled “To be ..” at the Art Festival in Żyrardów.
In 2012 she performed a solo role in Paweł Michno’s dance etude. “Love and Madness” at the Teatr na Woli.
In 2015 she obtained “Dada Hub” contemporary dance course organized by Leszek Bzdyl and Katarzyna Chmielewska – the creators of the Dada von Bzdülöw Theater.
Since 2015 instructor at the East Side Dance Academy in Warsaw, where she regularly teaches modern dance classes. As a choreographer, in 2014 and 2015 she received an award for the etude ‘to understand’ and ‘step by step’ during the Up to Stage competition organized at the IMKA Theater in Warsaw.
In 2021, together with Paweł Michno, she founded the “Po:ruszeni Stowarzyszenie Artystyczne” association, aimed at creating space for development for dancers and choreographers.
